These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at reginasuperiorbasement.com (the “Site”), operated by Regina Superior Basement (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site

Regina Superior Basement provides basement development, finishing and renovation services in Regina, Saskatchewan and surrounding communities. The Site exists to share information about our services and to let you request an estimate. Using the Site does not create a contractor–client relationship on its own; any services are provided under a separate written agreement (see below).

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its servers;
• Introduce malicious code, or scrape or harvest content or data without our permission; or

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been breached.

4. Estimates, Quotes & Services

Information on the Site is general and provided for your convenience. Submitting an enquiry or an estimate request does not create a binding contract and does not obligate us to provide services.

Where a project requires permits or approvals, those are subject to the requirements and decisions of the relevant authority; we do not guarantee that any particular permit, approval or outcome will be granted.

Any estimate we provide is given separately and is based on the information available at the time; scope, materials, site conditions and other factors can affect final pricing and timelines. Any work we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us, which sets out the scope, price, schedule and terms for that project. In the event of a conflict, that agreement — not the Site — governs the work.

5. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site is general information only and is not professional construction, engineering, legal, financial or other advice for your specific situation. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice tailored to your property and circumstances. Always confirm requirements with the appropriate professionals and authorities.

6. Intellectual Property
