A basement that adds bedrooms, a bathroom, or the electrical and plumbing for them needs a permit and inspections. That’s a step we take care of — we prepare what your local authority requires, submit the application, and coordinate the inspections as the work moves, so you’re not chasing paperwork on top of a renovation.
We work with the City of Regina and the surrounding towns and rural municipalities regularly, so we know how each one’s process runs — the drawings they want, the fees, the timelines — and build those into your plan from the start.
