What We Don’t Do
It’s often easier to trust a contractor once you know what they won’t do. We don’t quote fixed prices sight-unseen, we don’t promise a ‘legal’ suite that only the City or municipality can approve, we don’t take on major foundation repair we’re not the right people for, and we don’t paper over moisture problems to keep a job moving. Being clear about the edges is part of doing the work well.
